Shipping policy
CLICK AND COLLECT:
We offer click and collect for FREE from our warehouse in Midvale, WA. Once you have finalised your purchase online, we will prepare your order and send a text when it is ready to be picked up. Generally this will be the same day. Be sure to bring in a copy of your order confirmation or photo ID when you come to pick up your items.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The cost and method of shipping will be dependent on the size and weight of your order. Smaller parcels will generally be sent via Australia Post. Shipping can be calculated at the cart.
We aim for same day dispatch for any orders received before 10.30am WST business days.
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier (usually Australia Post) shipping times are outside our control.
If you need an item urgently we can arrange a courier service, however additional fees will apply.

If you place an order on a weekend, public holiday or between Christmas and New Years Day, your order will be shipped on the next business day we are back in store.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can arrange shipping for certain products in some instances. Please note, international shipping from Australia is generally expensive. Please contact us in relation to international shipping.
